Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 ½ tsp chopped curry leaves
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ground roasted cumin
- 1 tbsp red chili
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2-3 green chili
- 10-12 curry leaves
- Cooking oil
Tools You’ll Need:
- Mixing Bowl
- Wooden Cutting and Chopping Board
- Long Tong
- Kitchen Knife
Instructions:
- Cut each chicken breast into 10 pieces
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lime juice, salt, curry leaves, garlic and ginger paste
- Add black pepper, ground cumin, Kashmiri red chili, rice flour and mix
- Deep fry until golden brown and place on paper towel
- In a pan, drizzle cooking oil and stir in chopped garlic, green chili, curry leaves and the fried chicken
