Directions:

• Shallow fry nuts with ghee and keep it aside. Now heat ghee on medium low flame and fry bread pieces till brown. Keep on serving tray.
• In a pan pour liquid milk, add milk powder, custard powder, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well. Now turn the flame on, keep stirring till it turns into thick malai.
• Now pour this malai directly on the bread and leave it to cool down & soak. Then keep in the refrigerator and serve cold. Sprinkle dry nuts on the top while serving.
